I am really trying to catch up on posts today!

So yesterday my family went to the county fair- it was a beautiful day and we went for the demolition derby.... They had combine demolition this year (which was pretty awesome-I must admit!) We took the whole family (even Zeus).... Our 2 year old daughter loved it and Zeus seemed pretty ticked that he couldn't just sleep!

life update!

Hey everyone!

So I told you that I would let you know what has been nuts....well a few things- WE MOVED TO WICHITA KANSAS! (That is the first and largest of the three)

Also- I HAVE INTERNET ON MY PHONE! It is amazing that with all of the business emails and website things that need to be update that I have lasted this long! I am loving the email on the phone and it is making it sooo much easier as opposed to having to go and get the computer up and going just to see if I got an email back!!!! I was thinking about going with the Iphone (because I have loved all of Apple's products I have purchased), but after looking over things and thinking that service with ATT&T would drive me nuts, I went with a Droid (and I love it)... I don't know why anyone else in the world would care about this but it has been really exciting to me!

Lastly- I have ALWAYS wanted a yorkie puppy... When we moved I started to beg my husband for a puppy... I did lots of research and I found a perfect place to adopt our puppy, I visited this small pet store's website hundreds of times and had it narrowed between a female Pomeranian and a male Yorkshire Terrier (yorkie). I went to the store telling my husband to expect the female Pom, whelp I took one look at the little Yorkie and I fell in love with the fur ball... Meet our newest member of the family- Zeus.... He is 3.5 lbs of poopy, chewing fun! He thinks he is a big dog, so he needed a big name!

I hope that all is going well! A lot has happened since I blogged last! (I will blog about all the new changes soon! PROMISE!

I really want to show the world Kelsie and Phil's sneak peak!

Hmmm... where to start. Kelsie and Phil are awesome.... (I think that sounds like a great place to start! ) I met Kelsie last October at my cousin's wedding (she was a bridesmaid), she seemed really fun and when she approached me about being her wedding photographer, I knew I had to do it! Kelsie and Phil are an awesome couple. They were very laid-back throughout their wedding day and there reception was a complete blast! They were such a blast to work with and as I edit their photos I can't help but smile when I think about how fun and beautiful their day was (even in the weird rainy weather!) Congrats to you both! I hope your life together is full of countless blessings and love!

Hello everyone!

I hope you all had an amazing weekend! I did (but it was too short)!!! Last Friday I had a great time taking Carra's pictures, she was such a trooper! Carra said she was up for anything---so..... We went through some really tall grass, and found a creek down under an overpass. It was BEAUTIFUL under the overpass (although I must admit I was terrified I would find a snake!!) I hope you enjoy some of her photos!

Post Secret

Tonight I had a pretty cool opportunity. My university hosted the founder of Post Secret (Frank Warren) http://postsecret.blogspot.com/. When I was in highschool a friend of mine and I would go to a local book store and read these books for hours... The idea: complete strangers mail this man their deepest darkest secrets on the backs of postcards.... He (Frank) has put a bunch of them into books. He has been featured on Good Morning America, 20/20 and others... he is considered "The World's Most trusted Man." Here are some snap-shots of him reading several of these secrets.....

Hello dear friends!

Post #2 of the day- I am on a roll!

Yesterday was VERY relaxing! My husband and I have a two-year old princess. We love our princess to death, and yesterday she went on a mini-vacation to my parents so we could get TONS of school-work done before finals week! After me crying a tiny bit we decided to go take a walk on a local nature trail. It was sooo quiet and relaxing.... and of course I took my camera! ENJOY!
